9th Annual Esperanza Latino Teacher Awards

Recognizing the important work teachers complete in difficult environments, CPLC wanted to honor this group of "everyday heroes". Established in October 1999, CPLC and its corporate and community partners initiated the Esperanza Awards. Using the Spanish term for "Hope", this prestigious dinner ceremony was created to provide recognition to outstanding Hispanic teachers who are in essence the hope for future and successful generations.
