Study About Hispanic Women in Executive Leadership

My name is Tanginika-Simone Cuascud and I am a doctoral candidate in Argosy University, Schaumburg, IL for a Doctorate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. I am a resident of Southlake, TX, a native of Puerto Rico, and I am doing my dissertation on Hispanic Women Leadership. Specifically, the topic of my study is "Perceptions of Hispanic Women on The Impact of Cultural Socialization in their Corporate Career Advancement".

To briefly explain it, I am looking for Hispanic Women who have reached upper organizational levels (Directorships, VP, General Managers, CEOs, COOs, Boards, etc.) in large corporations in Texas for a survey about how culture and their upbringing impacted their career paths.

The survey will be confidential and will be used for educational purposes. These Hispanic women must be in Texas and willing to participate in a face-to-face interview. The findings will serve as a basis for discussions in Hispanic Women forums and for further studies about the topic. The study must take place from July 31st-August 21st, 2006. If you qualify, or to refer contact information about Hispanic women who may qualify for the study, please contact me at via email at: takann@hotmail.com . Thanks.
