What is our contribution in the workplace?
I have read a good number of articles about the values Hispanics may contribute to this country. Most of the time they talked about "family values". Our food and music is also praised. But when it comes to work not so much is said, and what circulates is much more related to our stereotyped "bad side" (that we tend to be loud, too much passionate, etc.) than to our good side.
I can think of some contributions Hispanic Professionals can make to any workplace (starting point -most of us are not only bilingual but "bi-cultural" with everything that it implies). What other contributions do you believe a Hispanic Professional can make to any workplace? Do we have values that may be a distinctive contribution at work?

My Workplace Contribution
I am a paralegal for a Latin owned and run law firm in Miami. I love what I do and the people that I work with. Yes we are loud, yes we are passionate because we are sick of everybody taking advantage of our people because of stereo typing and the fact that they may be ignorant of the laws and society in the US. Remember we "hablar el mismo idioma".
