Becoming a Loan Officer In Dallas, TX

My name is Mariela.

I am from Guatemala and I have been in the US since I was 6yrs old.

I am trying to become a Loan Officer and I am searching for ideas that will help me reach the Hispanic Community. I know several Hispanic families that have not had a good experince purchasing a home or looking for a home due a lack of communication and lack of understanding real estate. I am trying to establish a relationship with Realtors that can send me clients and in return the company that I currenlty work with has an investing program. The way it works, is once the property has an investor it is advertised for lease or to sale.
