Where is the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of charleston SC????

Having just relocated to the area I came across with this no so hard to answer 10,000 pennies question, the answer: THERE IS NONE. I would like to know how can we as hispanics can put together such organization. Is there is someone that can be of assistance, please feel free to help us hispanics here in Charleston SC.
