Hello everyone. I am new to NHSP and I have found this web site as a window of opportunity. I hope to establish communications with many of you.

My name is Joe Montanez, I am a doctoral student at the University of Phoenix, and I need your assistance please.

I am in the final stages of my doctorate program and I need to complete my dissertation this year. The title of my dissertation is “Hispanic Leadership Styles and Emotional Intelligence”. My research seeks to identify if there is a relationship between Emotion Intelligence and leadership styles of Hispanic Leaders.

I am seeking at minimum 50 Hispanic leaders that would be willing to participate in a 45-minute survey. The survey will consist of a short paper questionnaire and an Internet link to an on-line questionnaire. These questionnaires are designed to identify leadership styles and levels of emotional intelligence of Hispanic Leaders.

There is no cost to the participant and participation is completely confidential. No names are required nor the name of the organization.

As a thank you for participating in the survey, I will send each participant a copy of the completed dissertation. I plan to publish the results of my research.

I am looking for Hispanic Leaders that are holding manager and above positions. Would anyone be interested in participating my research? I would appreciate any Hispanic leader that is willing to participate. I would need either your mailing address or email address.
