Come work with Mobile C.A.R.E. Foundation in one of the most innovative medical settings available. Our mission is to provide children and families with free and comprehensive asthma treatment and health education

Each Asthma Van is staffed by a pediatrician, bilingual nurse, and clinical assistant. Services include: respiratory health screenings, ongoing medical treatment, and the medications, equipment, and supplies needed to get their asthma under control, individualized health education sessions for their families, and education programming for area health care providers. All services are available at no cost to patients’ families. To date, more than 4,000 children have received medical treatment at more than 20,000 patient visits.

Mobile C.A.R.E. partners with local elementary schools and Head Start sites to bring doctors directly to our patients. As the Asthma Van doctors work with families to develop successful treatment regimens, our young patients’ health and quality of life improve.
