Vision

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) is a professional organization founded in 1988 to “foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development in order to improve society.”

Mission

Our chapter represents professionals from New York.

This volunteer-run chapter works to have immediate impact on the development and visibility of Hispanic MBAs, professionals, and students by:

* Working with students and universities to increase the enrollment of Hispanics in graduate management programs;
* Assisting corporations and other business organizations in the recruitment, development and promotion of Hispanic business professionals;
* Organizing as well as participating in networking and community events to provide Hispanic professionals with opportunities for career growth, leadership development and entrepreneurship.
