Establish budgets and cost tracking methodologies for UAV programs. Assist in preparing Integrated Baseline Reviews after award of new programs. Analyze cost and schedule performance using earned value management techniques. Report cost and schedule performance to Program Managers, Project Engineers and Senior Management. Coordinate/administrate the Estimate to Complete process for assigned programs. Provide direct and indirect cost forecasts to Accounting department to assist in the development of the annual Business Base and overhead rate package. Monitor overhead rates as they relate to program cost and profit. Interface with Accounting department to monitor subcontractor payments, contract invoicing and accounts receivable for assigned programs. Monitor funding levels and analyze profit performance to targets. Interface with both Government and CPA Firm auditors as well as customers. Support management level briefings.

Job Requirements

B.S./B.A. degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent and 8-15 years of related experience. In-depth knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques and their application in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Government reporting formats to include: Cost/Schedule Status Report, Cost Performance Report (5 formats) and Progress Payment Request forms. Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Cost Accounting Standards as they relate to Government contracts. Knowledge of fee structures of Government contracts. Strong written and oral communication skills. Self-starter with strong analytical skills. Strong MS Excel skills.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with the WDS system. A working knowledge of cost accounting applications as they relate to Government programs. Understanding of Disclosure Statements as they relate to cost collection/allocation. Familiarity with MS Project. Working knowledge of Earned Value Management software applications.
COMPUTER SKILLS: Proficient in MS Office applications and mainframe accounting systems.
