Job Description
You must thrive in a fast-paced department that has come a long way over the last years. Plenty of hard work & goals have been fulfilled by the existing HR team but there still remain ample of opportunities for the future. The most important goal over the next 12 months for this department will be to take it to the next level and by doing so will play an essential role in further increasing this plant’s already strong profitability.
Job Requirements
We feel that in order to accomplish this task the ideal candidate will have at minimum a BA, 3 yrs + experience in Training and Development with an HR Certificate and 2 yrs of supervisory and labor relations experience. You should be able to perform the essential functions of HR under minimal supervision, such as implementing policies and programs related to all phases of human resources including: staffing and recruitment, company policies and procedures, legal compliance, compensation, performance management, employee labor relations, training and development, and HRIS. Coordinate, plan, develop, and implement training, education, and development programs. Your ability to be able to read, write, and speak Spanish is preferred in leading this high powered department & inter-cultural facility. A strong work ethic and organizational skills are a must.
