Executive Director - Financial Budgetary Control & Business Services - # 001746
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accouonting or other business-related field. Master's degree, CPA, or CMA required. Minimum of five (5) years management experience in financial control/reporting environment. At least five (5) continuous years of professional experience in financial control, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and trend analysis. Minimum five (5) years in management and supervisory capacities.

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
A thorough knowledge of business, marketing or higher education market and industry as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Five years successful sales and/or marketing experience.

Experience leading, guiding and directing others in a training and/or sales environment. Must possess a valid driver's license as local travel is generally required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of three (3) years related work experience in sales, preferably in education. Prefer two (2) years experience in the development and marketing of continuing education instructional programs and courses related to professional training and education. Business/industry customized training sales experience a definite plus.

IT Systems Administrator II - Active Directory Exchange - IT # 001720

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required. Four (4) years directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement. Experience migrating WIN 2000/XP workstations into an Active Directory Domain required. Experience in Security & Networking is recommended. Experience in management of an environment of over 2,000 users is preferred.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Windows 2000/2003/XP Knowledge of enterprise virus/spybot protection, system recovery, and Remote Authentication Dial-In Service (RADIUS), systems imaging technologies. Software deployment and remote control, remote installation technologies

Strong problem resolution, analytical and documentation skills excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and work productively in a team environment. Ability to interact professionally and deal effectively with a diverse group of users and staff. Strong self-motivator and team player with high level of initiative and customer service skills.

Education

A Bachelors degree or an Associate degree plus five years of related experience. Knowledge and experience of budget preparation and management. Proven ability to work collaboratively with business/industry. Familiar with the Department of Labor, trade associations, and union procedures and protocols. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to be proactive and to solve problems. Three (3) years related experience required five (5) years preferred, including a certification/accreditation serving an apprenticeship.
