Bilingual Spanish Financial Specialist will provide financial consulting to existing and potential English and Spanish speaking customers and assess their short-term and long-term financial goals. Responsibilities include deepening and enhancing relationships with existing clients; prospecting and growing relationships with new customers; identifying qualified leads; and managing client relationships. Comprehensive financial services training will be provided to qualified candidates. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.

•BS or BA preferred
•High school diploma or equivalent required
•Minimum two years of experience selling directly to customers
•Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales goals
•Ability to cross sell face to face and over the phone
•Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
•Series 6/63, and Life licenses a plus
•Must be willing to travel within designated geographical area
•Bilingual fluency in Spanish required
