SUMMARY:
- Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, the Senior Programmer Analyst is responsible for working directly with product managers and product developers to incorporate new enhancements and applications in HDMS DART reporting tools (DART is a web-based, analytical healthcare reporting tool).
- This position will also support client projects that require data analysis and/or special programming outside of the DART product on an as needed basis.
- This position is critical to serving our clients Healthcare reporting needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain processes for the data needed for DART' s BHI reporting and other reporting capabilities.
- Work with product managers to develop business specifications for new features and applications in DART.
- Become proficient in the use of the DART product to support report generation as needed.
- Perform any client specific programming and analysis that is needed outside of the DART product.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge with healthcare medical and pharmacy claims, eligibility and provider data.
- 5-8 years experience in healthcare analysis
- Strong SQL and SAS programming skills (e.g., SAS Base, SAS Macros).
- Experience with SPSS.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
