As a Customer Service / Telesales Representative, you will provide extraordinary service through phone interactions with customers, focusing on resolving their requests the first time with an efficient, accurate, professional and courteous manner to create customer loyalty. Representatives are responsible for relationship building and account management while responding to customer inquiries utilizing negotiation and sales skills. Customer Service/Sales Representatives offer enhancement service options, promotional offers, and value added services to our customers as determined by the business. Participation in the incentive program is based on monthly sales goals.
Basic Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred
• Call Center experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
