Mopar – Warehouse Supervisor:

Candidate will be responsible for directing, training and motivating hourly (UAW) personnel in their daily warehousing activities. Candidate will be a process change leader and meet Parts Distribution Center (PDC) goals and objectives. Other duties include quality initiatives, waste elimination, health and safety compliance and interface with dealer personnel.


Required Qualifications
• Bachelors degree with a major in Logisitics, Operations or a directly related field, OR any Bachelor's degree and 2 years work experience Parts Distribution / Warehouse Operations

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in field parts distribution, distribution, center/warehouse operations and customer service.
• Lean process experience.
• Structured team building process training.
• Familiarity with UAW contract
• Operations experience in one or more of the following areas: field parts distribution, distribution center / warehouse operations, customer service

Other Requirements
• Candidates must be willing to relocate, must meet immigration requirements and must be willing to work all shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, written & oral along with innovation & problem solving skills
• Strong leadership, motivational, interpersonal & team buidling skills are desirable.
