Mopar – Warehouse Manager
Manage Distribution Center operations and drive culture change, ensure attainment of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environmental objectives. Manage, coach and train supervisors and union employees. Participate in union/management programs, ensure policy and procedure compliance, foster teamwork and promote continuous improvement.


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Material Handling Engineering, or Business Administration
• 5 years logistic management experience including thorough knowledge of all Logistic Operations processes such as receiving-inbound material, warehousing principles and techniques, shipping-outbound and all related systems and tools used

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated superior leadership skills, specifically in relationship building, coaching, motivating and leading change
• Warehouse Office Support experience and knowledge of accounting, inventory control, budgeting and procurement processes applied within a warehouse operation.
• Labor Relations/Union experience including local contract negotiation
• Experience with Lean Operations processes

Other Requirements
• Candidates must be willing to relocate, must meet immigration requirements and must be willing to work all shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, written & oral along with innovation & problem solving skills
Strong leadership, motivational, interpersonal & team buidling skills are desirable
