Service & Parts District Manager:

The Position

The Service & Parts District Manager is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge Dealership Parts and Service Business. The Service & Parts District Manager is responsible for maximizing district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets in his/her geographic area of responsibility that includes 15-25 dealerships. The position reports directly to the Dealer Operations Manager (DOM).


Responsibilities
• Manage Mopar Parts Sales and revenue
• Support dealers with special accessory promotions
• Implement local merchandising programs.
• Assist dealers with customer relations
• Support dealers with warranty waste reduction initiatives
• Establish sales goals for dealers
• Provide dealers with warranty claims assistance
• Develop effective advertising plan using various medias
• Work with dealerships to improve Customer Satisfaction and Service Retention
• Provide dealers guidance with Chrysler programs including: Owner Loyalty, TireWorks, On Demand
• Support Five Star Initiatives (program integrity and validation)
• Promote fiscal responsibility
• Interface with supporting internal organizations (Mopar/Marketing/ CFC/etc)
• Service Contract Penetration
• Dealer training, upgrade, market opportunities, facility competitiveness
• Guide dealers in use of corporate systems: AYES program, CAP school
• Ensure proper levels of Sales satisfaction are met at all dealerships.
• Promote dealer service and parts
• Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance
• Manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines

Required Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
• Willing to relocate.

Preferred Qualifications
• Sales experience, prefer automotive related.
• Excel in building positive working relationships, cost assessment and conflict resolution.

Other Requirements
• Frequent travel.
• Self motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervision.

Location
Physical work location will be at one of Chrysler’s eight Business Center or remote depending on the specific district. The eight Business Center offices are located in Los Angeles, Denver, Dallas, Orlando, Chicago, Detroit, Washington, and New York.
