Mopar – Supervisor Trainee
Manage Distribution Center operations and drive culture change, ensure attainment of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environmental objectives. Participate in union/management programs, ensure policy and procedure compliance, foster teamwork and promote continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Logistics Management, Material Handling Engineering, or Business Administration

Other Requirements
• Candidates must be willing to relocate, must meet immigration requirements and must be willing to work all shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, written & oral along with innovation & problem solving skills
Strong leadership, motivational, interpersonal & team buidling skills are desirable
