Resolve outstanding insurance and patient balances using insurance websites, phone calls, collection letters, referrals to agencies and financial assistance programs. You will also answer all inquiries regarding billing and payments asked during the collection process.

Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a health care environment with knowledge of third party insurance, reimbursements, billings and collections preferred; Previous public contact experience; ability to handle difficult interactions and perform in depth collection processes; Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
