Reports directly to the General Manager and will act in this capacity when GM not available. Responsible for maintaining, configuring and managing the construction finance software system to ensure policies and procedures are implemented within the system. Manages User Accounts and security protocols. Collects and analyzes data for capital improvement valuation, depreciation calculations, CON cost certifications and capital planning. Assists in training new vendors and users in the financial controls software application.


Bachelor’s degree we require a minimum of 3-5 years experience in the construction field and System Configuration and management. A graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MIS) is preferred; Solid understanding of computing processes, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and MS Project is required; Experience with Unifer Program preferred, but will train; Must be able to deal with construction professionals and demonstrate knowledge of construction practices.
