Senior Director - Online Customer Experience
Job Description
Develop and manage global web content and customer experience strategies as they relate to online engagement with Equifax.
Essential Job Functions:
o Act as primary POC between Strategic Marketing group, Sales, Product Marketing and Marketing Communications to assess and optimize online communications and revenue generation.
o Work across lines of business to identify, translate, and align business goals related to web applications, online content, and customer engagement with corporate web and branding strategies.
o Develop strategy and engage internal SME's, strategic partners and other third-party groups to support the Equifax thought leadership strategies and goals.
o Work closely with Strategic Branding team to maximize online delivery of a consistent, branded customer experience.
o Develop and own the enterprise web tracking, analytics, and reporting strategy and process.
Job Requirements
Position Requirements Requires 7-10 years experience with online customer experience strategies, web content planning & implementation and content management systems, with specific emphasis on enterprise web strategies and applications.
o Requires a balanced mix of business strategy, web technology, and online content strategic knowledge with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable programs.
o Capable of leading groups of individuals (both business and technical) towards development of common solutions; demonstrates a strategic focus – ability to turn ideas / objectives into tangible tasks and deliverables.
o Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Emphasis in written communication skills specifically in strategic proposal development and enterprise-level business requirements
o Must be able to work under minimal supervision, must have a high degree of self-motivation, commitment and integrity.
o Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field required, Masters degree preferred
Preferred Skills o Deep knowledge of web technologies and tools such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, Java and JSP, various content management systems, template, asset, and attribute design and development.
o Experience and understanding in the design and delivery of solutions that factor in system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, scalability and overall cost to develop and maintain.
