Senior Project Manager - Operations NPI

Job Description

The individual in this position will be responsible for insuring all operational processes and personnel are aligned for successful design, build, launch and support phases of each new product introduction. During the life cycle of the product, it will be the responsibility of the PM to manage and coordinate tasks and issues to ensure deliverables are completed as required per the project plan.

Job Requirements

• The ability to work jointly and communicate effectively with business owners and stakeholders across Equifax will be required.
• Interact and communicate regularly with the stakeholders and management team regarding project status, risks, and issues.
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans outlining tasks, deliverables, effort, and resources required for successful implementation of each project.
• Monitor project performance against approved budget, resources, and schedule.
• Ensure formal project management methodology is used to manage development and deployment of enterprise solutions.
• Strong customer focused skills for planning projects, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Must be organized and self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Assist in Business case preparation
• Support Process Owners during Testing, Training and Roll Out activities for Finance projects

Preferred Skills:
PMP certification a plus
5+ years in Operations environment
