Silverton Bank, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is a leading national correspondent bank chartered specifically to serve the needs of community financial institutions across the United States. We are looking for a Client Services Specialist for our Atlanta office.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will act as a well-rounded Client Services Specialist able to perform low to mid level troubleshooting for all PC and laptop related issues. This individual will work on a team responsible for providing first tier technical support to all internal and external customers in a timely and professional manager. This individual will also need to provide support for business critical software packages and ensure problems are addressed within a defined service level agreement. Supplying optimal customer service to a fast-paced environment will be a key as well.

In addition to these needs, the candidate should possess the ability to install and deploy desktops and laptops in accordance with Silverton standards.

Major Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming Help Desk calls; ensure that all calls are logged into call
tracking system
• Troubleshoot, first level support for software & hardware
• Troubleshoot basic network issues
• Assist with testing & rollouts of upgrades and enhancements
• Write technical documentation & procedures.
• Monitor critical applications
• Ensure integrity of software licensing
• Ensure printers / copiers are maintained.


Prerequisites:
Education: Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Preferred

Experience: 2-3 years relevant work experience

Skills/Knowledge:
• 2-3 Years of strong help desk, PC and Hardware support, etc.
• Ability to work a primary shift of 6:00 PM – 2:30 PM (must be flexible to switch
back and forth from primary shift to 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM shift)
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows XP, Lotus Notes,
Microsoft Office 2003, and Internet Explorer, Document Imaging, Active
Directory
• Knowledge and experience with Blackberry (wireless technology) a huge plus!
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities accordingly.

License Qualifications: A+ and Net+ Preferred but not required.
