JOB DUTIES:
Partners with assigned senior and business line leaders. Supports leaders' efforts to engage team members, to create a great place to work environment and to drive business results. Works with leaders to assess, develop, implement and evaluate customized individual and team based development solutions. Uses established leadership and organizational development practices and tools. Supports and manages projects related to leadership and team member development, as assigned.
Builds and maintains relationships with senior and business line leaders by initiating and attending individual and team meetings, offering suggestions, and working as a strategic business partner on leadership and organizational development related efforts.
Develops customized solutions at the corporate and business unit levels including learning materials and facilitation and based on the needs of business unit leaders.
Coaches key leaders in the business units to increase effectiveness and team member engagement.
Works with in tact teams to improve overall productivity and morale through the using proven development tools including Gallup¿s StrengthsFinder Assessment.
Leads Performance Consulting initiatives to assist leaders in achieving business goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
3- 5 years related experience.
Qualified/Certified to use assessment tools such a Myers-Briggs and Gallup StrengthsFinder.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of leaders.
Experience using assessment tools such as Gallup StrengthsFinder and Myers-Briggs and customizing solutions based on the results.
Experience using established performance consulting practices.
