Latino Issues Convention and Business Exposition
The Latino Issues Convention and Business Expo is a unique event, convening over 4,000 Latino consumers each day, from all points of the New Jersey and the New York metro tri-state area. The convention is the largest indoor Latino event of its kind in the region. The event, as last year, will be held at the New Jersey Convention and Expo Center in Edison, New Jersey, a 150,000 square feet facility capable of hosting 100 plus exhibitors and 15,000 visitors.
The convention will start with a business expo and consumer show and the Latino Parent Education Conference, on Thursday, May 24th. We also plan to offer a formal job fair for Latino job seekers on that day. On Friday, May 25th, at 11:30 a.m., we will host the Unity Luncheon for 1, 200 delegates from 12:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
This year, the luncheon is being dedicated to U.S. Senator Bob Menendez and his lifetime of achievements. A good number of Latino organizations, representing the many nationalities of Latin America, will also be joining us at the special occasion in honor of Senator Menendez.
We plan to make the luncheon the grandest event in the history of Latinos in New Jersey.
We invite interested exhibitors to contact us or visit our web site at www.latinoinstitute.net for the fees and registration form. The general public is invited to visit the exhibit floor and any time and to be part of the audience on Saturday, May 26, 2007 when we celebrate the National Latino Folkloric Dance Competition.
