NSHP President and CEO message

About the attacks in Spain

On behalf of the National Society for Hispanic Professionals (NSHP) I want to express how saddened and angered we are by the horrific act of terrorism on the innocent people of Spain in March. NSHP joins America and the rest of the world in condemning this heartless and cowardly act, and in reaffirming that no cause justifies the destruction and death of innocent people, such as the hundreds of Spaniards murdered or hurt this month. Our hearts, thoughts and prayers go out to the people of Spain and to all other victims of terrorism in the world. For the many in the Hispanic/Latino community whose heritage is grounded in Spain or who have friends and/or family there, we especially feel for their tragedy. NSHP will remain available to the Spanish people in any way we can to help them through this sad and painful time in their history.

With my warmest regards,

Xiomara A. Sosa
