At Alfred University, we believe education is the single most important investment a person will make during his or her lifetime.
We pledge to make every possible effort, within the resources available, to work with you in combining family resources, federal, state and University financial assistance programs, and possible alternative financing plans, to make your attendance at Alfred University a reality.

The Competition Scholarships are available to full-time freshmen entering Alfred University in the academic areas of business, engineering, mathematics, chemistry, English composition and performing arts. The exams, auditions or essay competitions are held on the Alfred University campus the fall of your senior year of high school. Awards may be renewed annually provided you maintain full-time enrollment, a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and good citizenship.

New York State Grants/Scholarships
New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)

Full-time graduate students who are New York state residents and who demonstrate need, as determined by the TAP analysis, are eligible to receive up to $550 per academic year for eight semesters of enrollment.
