Eligible students are:
Graduating from high schools in Cochise, Santa Cruz and Pima Counties, or in the areas of Yuma, Maricopa, Pinal, Graham and Greenlee counties that lie south of the Gila River.
Planning to attend two- or four-year colleges or universities, or accredited business or vocational schools in Arizona.
Demonstrating financial need and have strong recommendations addressing the desire, drive, and determination to succeed academically.
